Boxing Club and LCEMS has partnered together to being you Fight or Flight Night! Under the guidance of a boxing coach and several EMTs, we will be teaching some basic boxing techniques and how to respond to a sports-related injury, especially one that might happen during sparring. No previous experience with EMS or boxing is necessary, this event is open to all!
