If you've ever wanted to try out boxing but didn't, this is the event for you! The Boxing Club coach will teach you everything you need to know. No contact or sparring is required and equipment is provided.
If you're more interested in helping people if something goes wrong, the lovely members of Lafayette College Emergency Medical Services Club will teach you how to respond to an emergency: what equipment to use, how to tell if someone is injured, and who to call for help.
If you just want to try something new and have a great time doing it, then this is the event for you!
