Come learn all about weightlifting with a personal trainer and the Lafayette student fitness supervisors! This session will be open to small groups of students who have limited or no prior experience with weight training. You'll develop competence with basic weightlifting movements that include the leg press, bench press and exercises on the racks! This session will be the beginning for giving you more confidence while using Lafayette's fitness center!
