Intro to Weight-Lifting

Come learn an introduction to weightlifting with the Lafayette student fitness supervisors! This session will be open to small groups of students who have limited or no prior experience with weight training. You'll develop competence with basic weightlifting movements and equipment which will provide you with more confidence using Lafayette's fitness center!
