Joey Day

Six years ago, we unfortunately lost brother Joey Towers '18 in a battle with mental health. Ever since, the brothers of Delta Upsilon have dedicated our philanthropy initiative to men's mental health. We have started a day in Joey's honor to raise money for men's mental health by biking, which was one of his favorite activities. On April 23rd, two days after his birthday, from 10:30am-7:30pm the brothers of DU and other members of the Lafayette community will be in the gym pedaling for Joey. The money we raise will be going to Movember, who have funded over 1250 men's mental health projects across the world. We need your help in our fight to improve men's mental health. You can either pledge a donation for every mile we bike or give a flat donation. We hope that this years bike-a-thon will not only help fund Movember's efforts to improve men's mental health but also raise awareness and spark conversation.
