BigSis/LilSis Mentorship Brunch

BigSis/LilSis is a program for incoming freshmen and current sophomores to connect with upperclassmen who, through the empowerment of mentorship, will ignite their potential as they grow in their self-esteem, earn better grades, and develop a lifelong friendship with their Big.

The NIA Mentorship Brunch is an annual event to welcome incoming freshman Women of Color. The event provides the history, purpose, and goals of NIA. The event is also the first meeting of Big Sis' with their Lil Sis' which is the annual mentorship Program for NIA, connecting first year WOC to senior WOC on campus who serve as a mentor and friend for the year.
