Make a sourdough ciabatta loaf to bake at home with Melanie Lino, the co-founder of Lit Roastery & Bakeshop and the Executive Director of the non-profit, Afros in Nature. Lino will guide participants through a baking demonstration and participants will take their dough home to bake in your own oven!
