This THRIVE program provides an experiential opportunity for students to cultivate a deeper connection with themselves and others through practices of mindfulness, self-compassion and gratitude.

Please note, if needed we will provide transportation to and from LaFarm/main campus.
Also, we'll be enabling a wait list and will reach out to you if more spots become available.
