What makes a team effective? Communication. This session will change the way you work with each other. Using various activities, this workshop helps you practice your communication and teamwork skills with a focus on communication, cooperation, collaboration, and synergy. Learn to communicate in a way that earns trust, increases cooperation, promotes collaboration, and ultimately makes it possible to inspire others – a key attribute of effective leaders.

THIS IS A TWO-PART WORKSHOP:
Thursday, 10/21 from 7:30-9 pm (virtual) plus Saturday, 10/23 from 10 am-12:30 pm (in-person)
