Facilitator: Alix Cohler, Collegiate Empowerment® with special guest Kim Spang, VP for Development & College Relations at Lafayette College
Thursday, 11/10 from 7:00-8:30 pm [VIRTUAL] plus Saturday, 11/12 from 9:30 am-12:30 pm [IN-PERSON]
Attendees will understand why teams, even the best ones, often struggle. This session will teach the model and actionable steps used to overcome the common hurdles. Ultimately, become more aware of how to build a cohesive, effective team. This workshop includes a copy of The Five Dysfunctions of Teams book by Patrick Lencioni.
