Details

Participants will learn how their personality traits influence the manner in which they lead others. Your personalized leadership style assessment using the DiSC┬« Analysis will be reviewed during this interactive session. Learning outcomes include deeper self-awareness, enhanced communicational abilities in group settings, and improved effectiveness in a team setting.

THIS IS A TWO-PART WORKSHOP:
Wednesday, 3/29 from 7:00-8:30 pm (virtual) plus Saturday, 4/1 from 9:30 am -12 pm (in person)
