Flyer for POSTPONED due to rainy weather forecast - Interfaith Pet Blessing

In celebration of the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, Chaplain Alex Hendrickson will offer interfaith prayers for pets and their people on the Quad just in front of Hogg Hall from 4:15-5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 4th. All animals (or photos of animals) are welcome.

St. Francis of Assisi, born in the 12th century, is one of Christianity's most venerated figures. Founder of the Franciscan Order, which demands a life of simplicity and sacrifice, St. Francis is the patron saint of animals and all living things.
