All are welcome! All meditation supplies are provided. If you have a favorite cushion, please bring it. Beginners will be given basic instruction in meditation. If you are joining remotely, all that is needed is a chair to sit in (dining room or folding card-table type chair preferred). If you have sitting cushions of your own, great! Everyone is encouraged to join for the entire meditation period, but if you can only join for half, there is a 10-minute walking meditation/bathroom break at the 40 minute mark, and you can leave or join at that time.

We meet in-person in the Hogg Hall Interfaith Chapel or virtually: meet.google.com/bqc-gpdn-pkj
